Reviews allow registered site visitors to leave their feedback about the listing and may include comments that can be left by the review author or listing owner.
Administrator moderation can be enabled for reviews and comments.
Each review includes rating field that is used to calculate the averate listing rating.
Reviews may include additional rating categories linked to the listing type. Those ratings are not used to calculate the listing average rating.
Rating categories can be managed under "Administrator - Settings - Rating Categories".
For the review facility to appear on the listing it must be enabled for the listing type and the listing product.
Reviews have "Title" and "Description" as system fields that appear for all products and categories. It is also possible to add review custom fields that are linked to the listing product and category.
