I agree that the product, support and service are excellent. And custom work is created fast, virtually flawless and very affordable.

As Simon stated: highly recommended!

Nicholas can use my site as a reference as well.

Can you confirm if your software has been tested for compatibility with boat classifieds websites, or if there are any particular requirements or steps I should follow to ensure that it works seamlessly with my website?

Hello,

thank you for your inquiry and welcome to the community!

The software can be used for any type of classifieds website, including boat classifieds. With phpListings, boat owners can easily post general and custom information about the boat with a high-resolution photo gallery to showcase their boat in the best way possible. Visitors can search the listings using a combination of customizable search parameters (boat size, price range, etc) and, if they have questions, contact the boat owner using the on-site messaging system.

phpListings is designed to be compatible with almost any shared or VPS hosting plan, just make sure the host supports PHP 7.4 or 8.1 and MySQL 5.6+.

Please let me know if you have any further questions or want me to provide additional information on this topic.

After doing alot of research about directory software (including edirectory), i went with phplistings and cannot recommend it enough.

My experience with edirectories and brilliant directories is that the software was quite buggy and average quality. I overlooked phpmylistings at the time because i was sucked in to the fancy marketing of the other directory platforms out there.

Unfortunately, alot of software out there (not limited to directory software) is buggy with broken promises.

Phplistings does what it says it does, and very well. It's also highly optimised and very fast, unlike the bloated alternatives Coming from the software development industry myself, I have been very impressed with the quality and extendability of the platform.

You wont regret migrating! If you have any trouble, I'm sure you'll get any help you need from the awesome support team, and also our community here.
