Is their a way to install the script on my local machine and later move it to the production server? Will this violate the license terms?

this is possible to install the script on a localhost machine, just make sure it meets the requirements described in the script manual and that it is connected to the internet. No extra installation steps are required.

Make sure to reissue your license in your phpListings.com client panel after moving the script to your production server.
