I'm with Blue host Pro Level plan.

Based on the technical support, the below versions are supported.

Does phpListing work with MySQL 8.0+ ??

this plan will work. phpListings 1.1.0 requires PHP 8.1 or higher with IonCube Loader v13. It also requires MySQL 5.7+ or MariaDB 10.1+. MySQL 8 is the best choice.
